Credit monitoring is included with the Credit Mastery Plan. You will sign up with our monitoring partner and provide your login details for our Credit Specialist team in order to pull credit reports.

  • Dashboard account registration will be emailed to you before any billing.

Cancellation Policy:

We bill for the work that has been completed. If you decide to cancel your service, you may be charged a final payment for work completed between your last payment and cancellation date.

Please send a secure message through the dashboard of your intent to cancel service.

How Billing Works:

  • Step 1: Soft credit pull (this will not affect your score).

  • Step 2: Our team spends up to 5 days creating your custom action plan.

  • Step 3: You will not be charged until day 5, giving us time to set up your plan before billing begins.

  • Step 4: After your first payment, you’ll be billed monthly based on your sign-up day.
